Family visiting from Canada

I am a native Houstonian, so very self aware that Houston doesn’t have much visitor appeal. I will still ask just to be safe. Canada has beautiful nature places so can’t compete, they ain’t into arts stuff so museum/nasa out. Adults with teenagers are coming so need bit mature spots.

They will be here during new year week.

My list so far: a) shopping: outlets/katy mall. Galleria if they wanna do window shopping, Travis Scott store in Rice (teenagers remember) B) teenager IG spot: discover green/post (mainly for IG pics, figure teenagers would like it), keemah/moody garden lights C) restaurant: Goode bbq, velvet, Tim Horton (🇨🇦), chick filla on their list D) drive/destination (2-3 hour max): Drive for riverwalk 🤮? Anything else? E) fireworks? Even though it’s nothing spectacular or unique experience

Teenagers are into cars, car shows? Might go to sporting event let’s see.

And Buckeyes is not a tourist destination!
