Family got bit by a unleashed neighborhood dog. Doctor didn’t recommend rabies shot since it’s domesticated. went to ER just in case, and they need doctor order because not accessible due to no documented rabies case in 50 years in Houston. What should I do next?
The neighbor dog owner couldn't provide history so we want to be safe but the doctor not concerned. ER said they need his order because it's rare case. What should we do to force this?
