Fajita Pete’s inks plans for first Denver locations, eyes further expansion

Houston-based Tex-Mex chain Fajita Pete’s is adding Denver to its expansion plans on the heels of its previously announced Kansas City expansion, its first venture outside of Texas. 

The Denver locations will be in Denver, Centennial, Littleton, Ken Caryl and Highlands Ranch and will begin to open in 2021. The Denver franchisee, Four Guys Franchising, also has right of first refusal to open restaurants in Utah.
