EzTag/ TxTag accounts

Hello

I'm trying to get some clarity on my TxTag

I have a TxTag for which to my understanding also works on EzTag tolls.

My question is: Are the invoices paid individually? I have been paying my TxTag, but looking up my plate though the EZ tag/HCTRA website, it also has an invoice?
