EZ tag question

Hi everyone, quick question and just hoping anyone happens to know the answer. What is an EZ Tag reinstatement charge? My account currently has a balance on it that I can use, but says I have to pay a $345 reinstatement fee? I called EZ support and they didn’t answer my question on what is is, nor can I find absolutely anything about it online.

Does anyone know what this charge is for and why I’d have it? I’m going to call again but just frustrated with this at the moment.
