EZ TAG – how to find Username?

Can anyone please help me how to find our username and retrieve the account? I lost access to My old phone which all the information about my ez tag basically gone. I have access to my email tho, so I manage to reset my password.. but I don’t know my username. Could you pls advise what to do in my situation?
