Exterminator recommendation

Good afternoon everyone! I am looking for any recommendations on exterminators who are fairly priced in Houston. Specifically, in the north side area.

If anybody with exterminator experience could please help me with some knowledge on the subject. First time homeowner and complete clues less on the subject.

How bad does your house need to be for it to required to tent the entire house? Is this process more likely in avoiding pest trouble in the future?
