Experiences at Tennison Lofts downtown?

I know this is a long shot, but anyone have experience living at Tennison Lofts downtown? Me and my SO are looking into a lease here after touring a few places inside the loop.

Wondering about the quality of the units, area, and management, or really any details regarding the experience of living there.
