Experience with filing a complaint to the attorney general ?

I was ripped off by Abacus plumbing when I was younger. They recently went viral on this board for destroying someone’s ceiling and over all have deceptive business practices.

I am reading the recent reviews and some from the past and it seems there are other victims. And sadly their MO include preying on the elderly.

I have filed a claim with BBB but wonder if this issue is big enough to file a complaint to the attorney general. Or even contact those who felt they were also being deceived.

Any suggestions are welcomed. Please be kind I know I might have made a dumb decision to hire them, I was a young homeowner that didn’t know better, but I don’t want them to take advantage of other people based on their age which recent reviews suggest.
