Experience or suggestions for selling jewelry

I have some jewelry I'd like to sell, including a wedding band and a very nice set of black pearl earrings with a matching pendant. I have a certified appraisal, but obviously that's replacement value, not resale value.

I've never sold things like these before. Do y'all have suggestions on where to go, or things to look out for?
