Exhaustive List of Leadership/Philanthropic Organizations in Houston?

I recently discovered the Houston International Jaycees but it got me wondering if there were others? Whether they be young leadership programs or just general volunteer organizations, all are welcome suggestions. If there isn't a Houston specific list, it'd be great to get one together for a mass thread or list (like the restaurant one that everyone loves).
