Exclusive: The Burger Joint plans third location near Baybrook Mall

Days after announcing they would open a Mexican restaurant called The Taco Stand, the creators of The Burger Joint have another location planned. 

City permits show that a third location of The Burger Joint is planned for 1350 W. Bay Area Blvd., a pad site around Baybrook Mall in Friendswood. A company representative confirmed the location, but could not provide further details. 

The location is the site of a former Burger King, complete with a drive-thru.
