Exclusive: Dual-branded Hilton hotel preparing to break ground in downtown Houston
The developer said the performance of a new dual-branded Holiday Inn Express & Suites near Memorial City, which he opened in February 2021, gave him the confidence to break ground on the hotel downtown.
