Everything turning red

Why is everything in my apartment bathroom turning red? The bottom edge of the shower liner has turned red over time, the corners of the tub over the silicone sealant turn red which I clean with bleach every week. Recently I got the 2000 flushes for my toilet and even that turned the flush water red rather than the blue it is supposed to be.

Is this a common problem in houston or something wrong with my apartment water tank?
