Everything But Mexican
I love Mexican food. However, there's just so much of it that I end up wondering about all the other cuisines in the Latin food diaspora. What are some of your go-tos? Bonus points if you can also name some dishes to order as well.
I'll start:
Cafe Pique: Vaca Frita (Cuba)
Rice and Bean: Ropa Vieja (Cuba)
El Pollo con Tejadas: Baleadas (Honduras)
La Olla: Bandeja Paisa (Colombia)
La Fogata: Arroz con Pollo (Colombia)
Punta Cana: Mofongo de Pernil (Dominican Republic)
Saldivia's: Parrillada Completa (Argentina / South America)
El Salvador Pupusas Y Mas: Pupusas Mixtas (El Salvador)
Sabor y Sazón: Pescado a lo macho (Peru)
Buen Provecho!!
