Everyone’s driving too slow and I’m irrationally angry about it

I’ve been a driver in this city for two decades now. Lately it seems like this city has collectively decided that it’s best to drive 20-25 mph in 35/45 zones, especially in the Montrose area. WHY? Is it the potholes? Cell phone addiction? I’m any case, I hate it so much. Thanks for reading
