EVA Flight from Houston to Taiwan

Has anyone recently made this flight? I’m curious if it typically sells out or if we have a chance of having a tiny bit of wiggle room in the cabins. It’s the longest flight my husband and I have ever taken so trying to gauge if we are gonna be on a crammed sold out flight or get lucky and have some empty seats.

We are planning to do carry on only luggage to hopefully reduce stress through the airport but it’s been years since I’ve flown out of IAH.
