Etro misleading/Beware

Went tonight, trying to support business, but their business is shady since they don’t let you know about their 20% imposed gratuity, you tip without knowing, also their food, each tamale is advertised as $10 each and 2 is advertised as $15 for two, well I got charged $10 each (ordered 2 at the same time ) and I tipped 18% and got charged 18% plus 20% Not happy, everybody is struggling, be honest on how you are operating! Next time I won’t tip!!!
