ESD 11 Mobile Healthcare officials look back on 1 year of service
Harris County Emergency Services District No. 11 Mobile Healthcare—which provides emergency medical services for 177 square miles in north Harris County, including Spring and Klein—reached the one-year anniversary of its launch Sept. 1.
