Escorted Black Western Motorcoach bus… who is it?

Saw this bus Around 1p driving on 610 West northbound (by galleria) and then on I-10 eastbound to Downtown. It was escorted by motorcycle police. Anytime they passed an entry ramp they would stop vehicles from getting on the freeway until the bus passed. Just curious if anybody knows who’s inside that bus
