Equity study shows Houston a ‘long way from where we need to be’
The city of Houston has unveiled its first ever equity indicator study, conducted by Rice University’s Kinder Institute for Urban Research with funding from Shell USA Inc., showing that despite a diverse population, the city has a long way to go in terms of equity.
