EQT completes deal to acquire Tug Hill, XcL Midstream after FTC agreement

Pittsburgh-based EQT Corp.’s acquisition of Tug Hill and XcL Midstream from Houston-based Quantum Equity Partners had been held up for months due to a review by the Federal Trade Commission that required changes to the deal.
