Eos Houston opinions

I have been going to Lifetime Greenway for about a year. It is a good gym. It does get crowded sometimes, but generally, I can get a whole workout, using all the equipment I want, just in a different order to make things work. While I can make the finances work, it is ridiculously expensive, and I often question whether it is worth it.

I have been thinking of switching to EOS. I live in Montrose (near UST), so I would be going to the Gray and/or Allen Parkway locations. My questions are (in order of priority):

  1. General cleanliness: Do they clean the bathrooms, lockers, etc.?
  2. Are there a lot of break-ins to lockers and/or vehicles?
  3. Are they as crowded as I have heard, or have the new location openings and price increases cut down on crowds?
  4. How is the general gym etiquette (do people generally put back weights, etc.)?

Basically, I know it would be a downgrade from Lifetime; the question is, is it a workable downgrade? I tried 24 Hour in Rice Village, and it failed based on 1 & 2. I am hoping EOS might work but I don't trust google reviews since I highly suspect companies are faking 5 stars.
