EOS Fitness at Westheimer and Hayes Coming Soon?

Can anyone confirm that EOS Fitness bought the old Fitness Connection location at Hayes and Westheimer? I see that the location got some new paint. I hope it's a new spacious fitness center. The new crunch fitness and planet fitness in the area are small in nature compared to the now closed fitness connection on Hayes and 24 Hour Fitness that was on Westheimer and Wallingford Dr. I don't want to be splashed by anyone's sweat while working out. (Dramatic I know, but I hate claustrophobic gym spaces lol) I don't like the 24 Hour Fitness Dairy Ashford. The new crunch fitness is too small for all the former 24 Hour Fitness and Fitness Connection Refugees. I would like to see Planet Fitness move into the old 24 hour fitness location and hopefully EOS Fitness is setting up shop in the old Fitness Connection spot.
