Houston-based EOG Resources Inc. (NYSE: EOG) has announced the upcoming retirement of its president and long-time employee Lloyd W. “Billy” Helms. The major exploration and production company’s president is leaving not long after EOG Resources shuffled its C-suite leadership with a new CFO and COO.
