Engagement Ring Advice

I’m looking for a business (preferably locally owned) where I can get an engagement ring built. Natural diamonds only. The absolute max budget is $30,000. I don’t mind traveling within an hour of Houston. I don’t need the champagne or any of that other stuff, just the ring.
