Engagement Dinner Restaurant Suggestions

My partner and I just got engaged and we’d like to take our parents out for a nice dinner. We’re looking for recommendations on nice restaurants to consider. We’d like something a little fancy as it is a special occasion and are pretty flexible on the kind of food. Ideally the place would be on the quieter side as we want it to be an opportunity for our parents to connect more. Digging around on Google and Yelp hasn’t yielded me many promising results and I think I’d get better suggestions from other Houstonians!
