Energy Plan help!

So we are moving into an 661 sqft apartment and I was just wondering what would be a good energy plan for 2 people?

Like 500kwh plan, 1000kwh plan, etc.?

Also what are some good companies with lower rates? We were looking at Summer Energy, Champion Energy Services, or Constellation.
