Employment lawyer recommendations

I was sexually harassed at my last work place. I have tons text message screenshots and kept a log of everything that happened as well as have 3-5 witnesses and a police report. I know I have enough evidence to make a case. I’ve been told I need an employment lawyer since it happened at work. I’ve contacted several but I keep getting referred out or just rejected. Can any one recommend a couple good ones in the area?
