Emergency dentist?

Im in 77578. Does anyone know an emergency dentist or dental surgeon? I just got discharged from the emergency room with a "good luck!", essentially. I know this is a shot in the dark, but I'm really in a lot of pain here. Willing to drive several hours at this point. The ER I gave me multiple injections and pills, which did absolutely nothing. Ready to take a pliers to my own teeth, frankly.
