Elyson vs Tamarron vs Sunterra near Katy area. Which one is the best?

Hi guys,

I am currently living in Richmond (not far from Lake Bella Tetra FM723/westpark). It has a pretty good school but we are looking into buying a house in a new neighborhood that has better amenities. Mine has 0 amenities and we have two toddlers and will be nice to have park and pools nearby.

We have been looking at Tamarron by Fulshear, Elyson in north Katy, and Sunterra also in North Katy. All are new development and just trying to figure out which one do you guys think is the best in term of convenience, amenities and school?

We are biased toward Tamarron as it has a good combination of good amenities, decent school, and good price point. But I might be missing something and just would like to hear youe opinion if you are familiar with above places.

Also, I work remotely so commutting to Houston is not a problem.
