Elgin and Milam, car with 3 wheels driving on brake disk.

I’m sorry, I also wish I had a video of this.

I was at a red light on Elgin and Milam, and a white Toyota Carola (or similar) crossed the intersection missing a wheel. It was literally sparking and scraping by at 30 mph on the brake disk with no clear intent to slow down, By the time I got through my red light, it was gone. Meaning they continued to drive on it as though the wheel was still on it.

Anyone see this also, or see a hit and run or something similar? I know Toyotas are reliable, but I thought they at least needed 4 tires to drive correctly.
