Electricity Usage (kWH) Question

I'm living in a Condo is Downtown Houston, my electricity bill has skyrocketed recently (Reliant). It's a 750 sq ft condo, but i'm averaging over 1100 kWH right now. I really find this hard to believe. Reading online, an average home of this size should be about 750-800 on average.

I keep my AC on at 76, run the dryer/washing machine/dishwashers all at night (after 8pm when it's free with my free nights/weekends). TV is rarely on during the day.

I'm curious if anyone has anything similar happening with their Condo/Apartment, or if I should call Reliant to get them to come and check the meters?

Reliant Free nights and weekends is at $0.197 (~$0.16/kWH and then the ~$0.04/kWH in delivery charges). CenterPoint delivery charges are just getting higher and higher.

Is this normal? Does anyone have any advice?

I've looked on powertochoose.org and it'll average about the same cost if I go with a ~$0.14/kWH contract with one of these other companies, that don't offer free nights/weekends.
