Electricity Provider too expensive?

Using powertochoose.org and the rates are insane. I am offered 14.5c/kWh for 1000kWh on a 12 month plan minimum. Nothing available cheaper or shorter. Even 36-month plans are 14.3c/kWh so it’s not much better.

My current lease is 13 months remaining.

Any suggestions?
