Electric provider says I’m using energy even though I’ve shut off the main at the panel

I’m in a loft so I don’t have direct access to the meter but I ran an experiment and left for a week and shut off the main breaker at the panel. Provider is claiming I still used 114kwh for the week. Which is a neat trick considering the main breaker is off.

Any ideas?
