Electric plans, how to compare fees apart from price per kwH?

On the powertochoose.org site, I can see the basic info. Has anyone, anywhere, been able to do a more detailed analysis of estimated monthly bills, fixed rate, with the price/kwh AND delivery fees/other base charges? I just dug through Payless Power's TOS and saw the $2.92/day charge, among other hidden fees.

Am also comparing 12 month plans to 24 month plans and seeing how the early termination fees affect it (it's easier just to look at 12 months, I think).
