Electric Mower Repairs – Kobalt

Hey Houston fam,

I’m looking for a repair person for an 80V Kobalt mower KM2180B.

Issue: engine sounds like it’s knocking. Blade spins, isn’t quiet anymore.

Issue 2: Lowes does not have any technicians for their brand “Kobalt”

Called multiple Lowes, called Kobalt, not within the warranty, and nobody I’ve spoken with services Kobalt electric mowers.

Checked r/kobalttools and apparently their machines have to be replaced frequently because of the plastic parts they use, and they don’t sell replacement pieces.

What’s a girl to do?

Do you have a talented repair person to recommend so we can keep this mower out of the landfill for 6 more years?
