Electric car rental with out of town drop-off?

Hey everyone— has anyone had a good experience with a car rental place here in Houston that rents electric/hybrid vehicles? Inside the loop pickup (not from the airport) with drop off in Austin.

Google shows a few options but was wondering if anyone had direct experience. Thanks!
