Electric Bills Check-In

4th summer in Houston, 2nd summer in our house. Still have no idea what a fair monthly amount for cooling our house is. Our house is 40s PIER/BEAM, 2100 sq feet, 2 stories. We pay between $150-250 in the summer. Is that fair? We keep the house at 75 during the day, 72 at night.
