"electric/battery powered transportation" on Houston bike trails

I have a onewheel and I am looking for bike trails that allows for "electric/battery powered transportation". (For the uninitiated, onewheel is an electric "skateboard" with only 1 wheel.)

I went to Terry Hershey and George bush hike and bike trail' and found a nasty sign saying that "electric/battery powered transportation prohibited". Was quite bummed out….

Anyone got some places for recommendation?
