Eldridge Questions

I am looking for a neighborhood in Houston to buy our first home and start a family. I want the young professionals, Heights kind of vibe but not at the Heights prices. We don’t want to move out to Katy either. We are looking at the Lakes On Eldridge area. Does anybody know about the demographic there? I want to make sure it’s not an older community and has a lot of young families like us.

Can anybody recommend other neighborhoods? We want to feel safe, have a nice house and have a great community feel with The neighborhood.
