Elder Son Brewery seems to be shutting their doors at both locations

Anyone have any more info on this? They are one of the better up and coming breweries of the region, and recently purchased Southern Yankee Beer Company, located off of FM1960. I never went up there, but had gone to their Shepard location a bit.

Curious how this turned sour so quick.
