El Tiempo Cantina opens latest location in Kingwood
El Tiempo Cantina has opened its latest location in Kingwood, its website and media reports state.
The location opened on Sept. 28 at 1414 Northpark Drive. Rigo Luna, previously of Rigo’s Kitchen, owns the location as a franchise.
Luna was a server at a Ninfa’s Mexican Restaurant in Kingwood, back when Ninfa’s had more locations than its Navigation and Uptown spots. That Ninfa’s closed, to give way to Rigo’s Kitchen, which has also closed, the Houston Chronicle reported.
