El Tiempo Cantina looking for investors

Just received an email from El Tiempo and opened it thinking it was to tell me about some special deal they’re having. Lo and behold, they’re looking to raise money. I don’t think I have ever had a restaurant chain ever contact me via email before. Does anyone know the back story? Are they having cash problems? They’re offering 15% back, which seems rather high.
