El Paso-style burritos

I read an article in The NY Times this morning about traditional burritos in Ciudad Juárez & El Paso – handmade flour tortillas with a simple guisado filling. Very different from the ubiquitous Mission-style burritos.

Does anyone know of places in Houston that make this style of burrito?
