Eezee Fiber Customer support

I know everyone has generally good experiences with their Wi-Fi and support, but I’m having a hard time wanting to stay with them. Ive made 5 calls about my Wi-Fi not being connected because of landscaping and it’s been over 100 hours since I’ve last since been connected and still to much avail no one has come to help me. Does anyone share my experience? Should I stay with them, this doesn’t seem like I should since it might be like this every time my internet is out.
