Economical TV Repair places

My Samsung 4k LED is out of warranty and has a blue tint in picture. (samsung un55mu6500fxza )

Seems like it can be fixed by replacing LED strips .I am looking for recommendation on who can do it and does not cost as much as buying a new tv
