Economic developers plan mixed-use project in Tomball

Economic development officials in Tomball are planning to build a new mixed-use development near the city’s downtown area.

To build the new mixed-use development, the Tomball Economic Development Corp. acquired a 6.2-acre property that was formerly part of the South Live Oak Industrial Park. The property purchased by TEDC includes two warehouses totaling 41,076 square feet at 202 and 204 S. Live Oak.

The property is located off Main Street near downtown Tomball.
