Eclectic food & good cocktails

Looking for an anniversary night out idea. Nancy’s hustle is one of our favs. Would love to try something new but along those lines—interesting food/flavors, good cocktails, nice but not too expensive (not Michelin) Can anyone give me some inspiration?!?!
