EastGroup Properties breaks ground on business park in Katy area
EastGroup Properties Inc. (NYSE: EGP) has broken ground on a new business park, its second in the Katy area and sixth in Greater Houston.
Grand West Crossing will be located along the Grand Parkway at Clay Road, about 4 miles north of the Jackson, Mississippi-based company’s Ten West Crossing property.
